Full-Time Private Chef (Female) - Hampstead, London Employment Type: Full-Time, Self-Employed (Live Out) Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per year, DOE Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, 7.30AM to 5:00/6:00PM with flexibility. A private household in in Hampstead, London, seeks an experienced, female Russian speaking Private Chef to provide high-quality, fresh meals for a family of three (two parents and one child). The role requires fluency in Russian for seamless communication, culinary expertise in healthy organic meal preparation and the ability to cater to occasional weekend gatherings. As the family frequently goes on holiday, the position includes periods of lighter workload. The Chef must also be self-employed and live within a 30-minute commute of Hampstead (Desirably) Key Responsibilities: - Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast (8:00AM), ( as example: cereal and pancakes for the kid and some fruit salad, porridge, yoghurt or boiled eggs for the adults in the morning) - Lunch and Dinner, focusing on fresh premium ingredients (must be comfortable preparing fish dishes and salads) - Create weekly menus in collaboration with the family, tailored to their preferences and dietary needs. - Handle kitchen inventory, including stock management and sourcing fresh ingredients by going out to purchase items as needed (payment card provided). - Maintain a clean, organised kitchen, adhering to UK food safety standards. - Cater for occasional weekend gatherings (10-12 people) advance notices. - Communicate effectively in Russian with the family to align on nutritional and culinary preferences. - Coordinate with other staff as required.
